Shipping/Returns
Every Heartwood piece is made and shipped from our workshop in Ohio. In-stock boards ship within 2–3 business days.
We ship via USPS/UPS with tracking on every order. Standard shipping is $15 flat fee, shipping is free over $250.00 within the continental US. Each board is wrapped and packed to survive the trip – if yours arrives damaged, email us a photo within 24 hours and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
We want you to love your board. If you don’t, return it unused within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email contact@heartwoodchopandplatter.com and we’ll send instructions. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Because each piece is one of a kind, custom commissions are final sale — but if something isn’t right, talk to us. We’d rather fix it than have an unhappy kitchen.
